So I wandered the Earth, having adventures&#8230;well, not really Earth, more like Thedas, \u00c2\u00a0Tamriel, \u00c2\u00a0a few Mass Effect relays, a brief career as a test subject at Aperture Labs, and I own <del><span style=\"color: #000000;\">way too much<\/span><\/del> property in a Steampunk sim in Second Life. Then Juno tempted me back into writing with <a title=\"Lower Decks website\" href=\"http:\/\/lowerdecks.fancrone.net\/\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Star Trek<\/em> fic<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>I hadn&#8217;t finished or posted any fic in four years(!!). I just started to really write again in the past year or so (a few pokes at <em>The Wanderers<\/em>\u00c2\u00a0(LOTR), plus some dabbling in <em>Dragon Age<\/em>, <em>Doctor Who<\/em>, and\u00c2\u00a0<em>Once Upon a Time<\/em>), but the Trek fic is the first thing I&#8217;ve actually finished and posted since December 2009.<\/p>\n<p>Juno pointed this challenge out to me, so I figured it would be a good way to get back into Fandomy things:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/snowflake-challenge.dreamwidth.org\/\"> <img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Fandom Snowflake Challenge banner\" src=\"http:\/\/akamine.100webspace.net\/Snowflake\/blue.png\" width=\"400\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hey, long time, no see&#8230; \u00c2\u00a0&gt;_&gt; I had to take a break from Fandom&#8211;there were some things \u00c2\u00a0that kind of &#8216;destroyed the joy&#8217; for me and I needed to step away.
